ABOUT

UNBC Prince George Campus

UBC Vancouver Campus

The Environmental Engineering Student Association offers academic support, entertainment, and a wide variety of events for Environmental Engineering students, as well as acting as liason between students and other
parties.

Environmental Engineering is a 4.5 year program hosted jointly by the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in Prince George and the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver. This offers students the unique opportunity to experience two world-class, contrasting universities. Students complete their first two years at UNBC, transfer to UBC for their third and fourth years, and finish their degree with one final semester at UNBC

The Environmental Engineering Student Association (EESA) has two different branches, one at UBC and one at UNBC. This site is for the UBC branch of EESA only.

What do we do?

The Environmental Engineering Student Association (EESA) offers academic support, resources, field trips, and learning opportunities to current Environmental Engineering (ENVE) students. The association also offers entertainment and other activities for students. From camping trips and sports teams to club room murals and potlucks, we organize activites and events to suit a variety of interests.

Additionally, EESA acts as liason between Environmental Engineering students, other departments and faculties, and external parties.

EESA is run by a dedicated executive council of current students.

Get Involved

If you are a current student looking to be involved in club activities and meet others in your department, please take a look at the Events page, contact the executive, join our facebook page, or stop by the club room (CHBE 324).

Interested in being on the executive? Elections are held in March every year and are open to returning UBC ENVE students as well as to students transferring from UNBC.

If you represent an external party or another department or faculty and are interested in collaboration, please contact the EESA President.
